| Sumario: | "Heteronormativity and Psychoanalysis: Oedipus Gay" constitutes, undoubtedly, a manifesto for the new generation of psychoanalysts. The link between homosexuality and psychoanalysis has been the subject of many debates throughout the history of the discipline. Some of the resulting contributions constitute the cornerstone of the rupture of psychologisms and determinisms, while others remain in the order of pathologization, Lacanian orthodoxy or the logics of power devices. Fortunately, these last considerations do not apply to the case of the book by Jorge N. Reitter published in November 2018 by Letra Viva. |
