Some of the resulting contributions constitute the cornerstone of the rupture of psychologisms and determinisms, while others remain in the order of pathologization, Lacanian orthodoxy or the logics of power devices. Fortunately, these last considerations do not apply to the case of the book by Jorge N. Reitter published in November 2018 by Letra Viva. “Edipo Gay. Heteronormatividad y psicoanálisis” constituye, sin duda, un manifiesto para la nueva generación de psicoanalistas. El vínculo entre homosexualidad y psicoanálisis ha sido objeto de muchos debates a lo largo de la historia de la disciplina. Algunos de los aportes resultantes constituyen la piedra angular de la ruptura de psicologismos y determinismos, mientras que otros permanecen en el orden de la patologización, la ortodoxia lacaniana o de las lógicas de los dispositivos de poder. Por fortuna, estas últimas consideraciones no se aplican al caso del libro de Jorge N. Reitter publicado en noviembre del 2018 por la editorial Letra Viva.
