Introduction: The COVID-9 pandemic had an impact worldwide, with the elderly being the vulnerable age group. Protocol confinement measures imposed by the Government of the Argentine Nation, 2020, were applied to prevent infections and preserve health, this generated an impact on the mental health of geriatric residents. Objective: Analyze the nursing strategiesimplemented for health care in nursing homes in the years 2020-2022. Methodology: Crosssectional descriptivequantitative study. Population, nursing staff, graduates, professionals and assistants who worked in the geriatric residence in the years 2020-2022. What determined findings, from the dimensions “Of oneself”; “Of the others”; “From the context.” Acontextualized interview schedule was applied in the three stages, pre-pandemic, pandemic and post-pandemic. Results and discussion: The findings of dimension 1. Of the self, activityexercise, at the pre-pandemic moment 85%; in pandemic 30% and in post-pandemic 65%, the rest of the results were not influenced, remaining at 100% at all intermediate, immediate and long-term moments. Dimension 2. In the others, in the pre-pandemic stage the family had 90%, in the pandemic 5% and post pandemic 65%. Among peers 60% pre-pandemic, 60% in pandemic and 80% post-pandemic. While the bond with the nurse was always maintained 100%. Dimension 3. In the context, PPE methods and pre-pandemic COVID-19 protocols 0%; in a pandemic 100% and in the post-pandemic stage care is maintained at 100%. Conclusion: Analyzing the three dimensions proposed as the conceptual axis of the Tide theory by (Barker 2015), we agree with the author given that the model allows us to advance in the stages of care, generating a therapeutic bond. Inviting nurses to begin to meaningfully understand mental health. The objectives of the implementation of strategies for the health care of the elderly in nursing homes were met. |

Introducción: La pandemia COVID-9, tuvo repercusión a nivel mundial siendo los ancianos el grupo etario vulnerable. Se aplicaron medidas protocolares de confinamiento impuestas por el Gobierno de la Nación Argentina, 2020, para prevenir contagios y preservar la salud, esto generó impacto en la salud mental de los residentes geriátricos. Objetivo: Analizar las estrategias de enfermería implementadas para el cuidado de la salud en residencias geriátricas años 2020-2022. Metodología: Estudio cuantitativo descriptivo transversal. Población, personal de enfermería, licenciados/as, profesionales y auxiliares que trabajaron en la residencia geriátrica años 20202022. Lo que determinó hallazgos, a partir de las dimensiones “De sí mismo”; “De los otros”; “Del contexto”. Se aplicó una cedula de entrevista contextualizada en las tres etapas, prepandemia, pandemia y post pandemia. Resultados y discusión: Los hallazgos de la dimensión 1. Del sí mismo, actividad–ejercicio, en el momento pre pandemia 85%; en pandemia 30% y en pos pandemia 65%, el resto de los resultados no se vieron influenciados manteniéndose en 100% en todos los momentos mediato, inmediato y a largo plazo. Dimensión 2. En los otros, en la etapa pre pandemia la familia tenía un 90%, en pandemia el 5% y pos pandemia 65%. Entre pares 60% pre pandemia, 60% en pandemia y 80% post pandemia. Mientras que el vínculo con la enfermera se mantuvo siempre al 100%. Dimensión 3. En el contexto, métodos de EPP y protocolos por COVID-19 pre pandemia un 0%; en pandemia 100% y en la etapa de pos pandemia se mantiene los cuidados en 100%. Conclusión: Analizando las tres dimensiones planteadas como eje conceptual de la teoría de la Marea por (Barker 2015), coincidimos con el autor dado que el modelo permite avanzar en las etapas del cuidado generando un vínculo terapéutico. Invitando a las/os enfermeras/os a empezar a comprender significativamente la salud mental. Se cumplieron los objetivos de la implementación de estrategias para el cuidado de la salud de los ancianos en residencia geriátrica. Introdução: A pandemia de COVID-9 teve impacto a nível mundial, sendo os idosos a faixa etária vulnerável. As medidas protocolares de confinamento impostas pelo Governo da Nação Argentina, 2020, foram aplicadas para prevenir infecções e preservar a saúde, o que gerou impacto na saúde mental dos residentes geriátricos. Objetivo: Analisar as estratégias deenfermagem implementadas para os cuidados de saúde em lares de idosos nos anos 2020-2022. Metodologia: Estudo quantitativo descritivo transversal. População, pessoal de enfermagem, egressos, profissionais e auxiliares que atuaram na residência geriátrica nos anos de 20202022. O que determinou achados, a partirdas dimensões “De si”; “Dos outros”; “Do contexto.”Foi aplicado um cronograma de entrevistas contextualizadas nas três etapas, pré-pandemia, pandemia e pós pandemia. Resultados e discussão: Os achados da dimensão 1. Do eu, atividade-exercício, no momento pré-pandemia 85%; na pandemia 30% e no pós-pandemia 65%, os restantes resultados não foram influenciados, mantendo-se nos 100% em todos osmomentos intermédios, imediatos e de longo prazo. Dimensão 2. Nas demais, na fase prépandemia a família tinha 90%, na pandemia 5% e pós-pandemia 65%. Entre os pares, 60% pré-pandemia, 60% na pandemia e 80% pós-pandemia. Enquanto o vínculo com a enfermeira sempre foi mantido 100%. Dimensão 3. No contexto, métodos de EPI e protocolos prépandemia de COVID-19 0%; na pandemia 100% e na fase pós-pandemia o atendimento é mantido em 100%. Conclusão: Analisando as três dimensões propostas como eixo conceitual da teoria da Maré por (Barker 2015), concordamos com o autor visto que o modelo permite avançar nas etapas do cuidado, gerando um vínculo terapêutico. Convidar os enfermeiros a começar a compreender significativamente a saúde mental. Os objetivos da implementação de estratégias para o cuidado da saúde dos idosos em lares de idosos foram cumpridos.
