To illuminate  the characteristics of such a relationship, we resort to the proposals of Jean Watson (2011) and Marcia Hills (2011) regarding the creation of a critical and relational formation for the science of care, as well as the philosophical inquiries of Michel Foucault (2012) about the “care of yes” as a philosophical precept to develop a reflective life. It concludes by considering what the encounter between professional practice and the reflective practice of philosophy implies to think in this way. En el presente trabajo se desarrolla una reflexión sobre el vínculo entre la Enfermería y la Filosofía, desde la propuesta de que puede concebirse entre ambas una relación de cuidado. Para iluminar las características de tal relación, se recurre a los planteos de Jean Watson (2011) y Marcia Hills (2011) en torno a la creación de una formación crítica y relacional para la ciencia del cuidado, así como a las indagaciones filosóficas de Michel Foucault (2012) acerca del “cuidado de sí” como precepto filosófico para desarrollar una vida reflexiva. Se concluye considerando lo que implica pensar de este modo el encuentro entre la práctica profesional y la práctica reflexiva de la filosofía. RESUMONo presente trabalho, desenvolve-se uma reflexão sobre o vínculo entre Enfermagem e Filosofia, a partir da proposta de que uma relação de cuidado possa ser concebida entre as duas. Para iluminar as características de tal relação, recorremos às propostas de Jean Watson (2011) e Marcia Hills (2011) quanto à criação de uma formação crítica e relacional para a ciência do cuidado, bem como às indagações filosóficas de Michel Foucault (2012) sobre o “cuidado do sim” Como preceito filosófico para desenvolver uma vida reflexiva. Conclui considerando o que o encontro entre a prática profissional e a prática reflexiva da filosofia implica pensar dessa forma.
