The objective of this study was to make an approach to the field of teaching practice based on the construction of a pedagogical strategy on Instagram (@lavidadepolly) that promotes a teaching process based on the promotion and prevention of mental health in young people between 17 and 17 years old. 25 years. The methodology used was a bibliographic search and semi-structured interviews with young people who were finishing high school or in the first years of a university degree. Finally, a personal brand was built that allowed an approach to the characteristics of the cultural consumption of the population addressed and the possible teaching modalities through social networks. El presente trabajo corresponde a la práctica final de la carrera del Profesorado de Psicología realizada en el año 2022 en el marco del Museo de Psicología de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (MUPSY). El objetivo del trabajo fue realizar una aproximación al campo de la práctica docente a partir de la construcción de una estrategia pedagógica en Instagram (@lavidadepolly) que promueva un proceso de enseñanza basado en la promoción y prevención de la salud mental en jóvenes de entre 17 y 25 años. La metodología utilizada fue la búsqueda bibliográfica y la realización de entrevistas semiestructuradas a jóvenes que se encontraban finalizando el secundario o en los primeros años de una carrera universitaria. Finalmente, se construyó una marca personal que permitió un acercamiento a las características de los consumos culturales de la población abordada y a las posibles modalidades de enseñanza por medio de redes sociales.
