Specifically, it describes from a qualitative sociological perspective the process of construction of “categories of judicial decisions” in order to understand the meaning or motive that guides those decisions, from a relational perspective that includes the individual action of the Court and its context of cultural meaning. Esta ponencia presenta, de manera abreviada, la exploración teórica-metodológica llevada a cabo en un proyecto sobre concepciones de la acción social decisoria judicial, subyacentes en fallos de un alto Tribunal de Justicia, en litigios donde se enfrentan intereses públicos versus intereses privados, por el derecho de propiedad privada. Específicamente, se describe desde una perspectiva sociológica cualitativa el proceso de construcción de “categorías decisorias judiciales”, a fin de comprender el significado o motivo que orienta la decisión judicial, desde una perspectiva relacional que incluye la acción individual del Tribunal y su contexto de significado cultural.
