Since the field work began to be carried out in 2020, some decisions that teachers made to face teaching in the context of the COVID 19 Pandemic are taken into account, understanding that these decisions that are made in didactic terms are an expression of pedagogical and epistemological conceptions about the teaching of Law. We start from the premise that the process of virtualization of teaching that the Faculty of Law (FD) of the National University of Córdoba (UNC) experienced, and continues to experience until the time of writing this article, can be analyzed as a crisis and as an opportunity to reflect on teaching practices in virtual environments and synchronous virtual classes. In this article we are interested in characterizing the teaching practices of some teachers of the Law School, referring especially to what happened during the process of virtualization of teaching that took place between 2020 and 2021, understanding teaching practices as social practices complex, historically determined and with largely unpredictable outcomes. Este artículo pretende compartir algunos avances de una investigación que tiene por objeto caracterizar y comprender la enseñanza del Derecho en la Universidad y espera ser un puntapié para reflexionar acerca de estas prácticas. Dado que el trabajo de campo comenzó a realizarse en el año 2020 se toman en cuenta algunas decisiones que los docentes seleccionados para este estudio asumieron para encarar la enseñanza en el contexto de Pandemia por COVID 19, entendiendo que estas decisiones que se asumen en términos didácticos son una expresión de concepciones pedagógicas y epistemológicas acerca de la enseñanza del Derecho. Partimos de la premisa que el proceso de virtualización de la enseñanza que vivió, y vive hasta el momento de escritura del presente artículo, la Facultad de Derecho (FD) de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (UNC), puede ser analizado como una crisis y como una oportunidad de reflexionar en torno a las prácticas de enseñanza en entornos virtuales y a las clases virtuales sincrónicas. En este artículo nos interesa caracterizar las prácticas de enseñanza de algunos docentes de la Carrera de Abogacía aludiendo especialmente a lo sucedido durante el proceso de virtualización de la enseñanza que tuvo lugar entre los años 2020 y 2021, comprendiendo a las prácticas de enseñanza como prácticas sociales complejas, históricamente determinadas y con resultados en gran medida impredecibles.
