Vulnerabilidad, justicia e igualdad en 2018 Urquiza, María Isabel Corte Suprema personas con discapacidad vulnerabilidad justicia igualdad Supreme Court people with disabilities vunerability justice equality In a context of growing social inequality, the sentences of The Supreme Court on people with disabilities have risen. This attitude on the part of those who turn to the High Court is not to expand their rights, but to demand that they be effectively recognized, making them a reality. In turn, the Court on 2018, in some cases, only assumes a remedial attitude to the constant demand for justice from a group with a high degree of vulnerability and invisibility.
