This attitude on the part of those who turn to the High Court is not to expand their rights, but to demand that they be effectively recognized, making them a reality. In turn, the Court on 2018, in some cases, only assumes a remedial attitude to the constant demand for justice from a group with a high degree of vulnerability and invisibility.
