description This article aims to develop the actions and public postures of the complainants, representatives of victims, victim’s relatives and human’s rights organizations, during the trial known as “Megacausa Arsenales (II) – Jefatura de Policía (II)”. It was the sixth public trial for crimes against humanity that took place in the province of Tucumán, Argentina, between Novemberof 2012 and December of 2013. In order to accomplish this objective, I will analyze two topics raised by the complainants during the trial that, from my point of view, expose the characteristics of the process of justice in Tucumán. First, it’s the expectation of the complainants that convicting the defendants for the charge of genocide, will be useful to forge new collective memories about the recent past in the province. In second place, I will analyze the positions taken by human’s rights organizations, the victims and the relatives of disappeared –who intervened during the trial–, regarding the situation of survivors of State terrorism who were accused of “collaboration” with their captors. This was a sensible topic and of great complexity, thatwas in debate during this and others trials, and made public the differences between victims, victims’ relatives, lawyers and the organizations.
