The empirical Von Thünen equation based on the distance to the market, which had historically been useful in the past to evaluate the ground and to select the economical activity, is adopted here as a starting point for the transformation that allows obtaining a new dynamic point of view for the global estimation and preliminary analysis of demographic ageing impacts in productive environments.
