<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; line-height: normal;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: black; font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11.5pt;">educativo, fundamentado en principios de excelencia, calidad y pertinencia. La educación<o:p /></span></p>
<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; line-height: normal;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: black; font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11.5pt;">odontológica no es una excepción y, está sometida a interrogantes intensos, no sólo desde fuera,<o:p /></span></p>
<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; line-height: normal;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: black; font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11.5pt;">sino desde el seno mismo de sus integrantes. Una de las dimensiones de la calidad es la<o:p /></span></p>
<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; line-height: normal;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: black; font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11.5pt;">satisfacción de los usuarios, considerando al estudiante como consumidor de productos o servicios brindados por la Universidad. Desde este punto de vista uno de los desafíos es </span><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32); font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11.5pt;">conocer si se</span><span style="color: black; font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11.5pt;"> </span><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32); font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11.5pt;">cumple con las expectativas del alumnado (usuario), es decir, ?el hecho de proporcionarle</span><span style="color: black; font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11.5pt;"> </span><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32); font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11.5pt;">satisfactores adecuados a sus necesidades?.</span><span style="color: black; font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11.5pt;"><o:p /></span></p>
<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; line-height: normal;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: black; font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11.5pt;">En este marco, y a fin de mejorar nuestro conocimiento sobre la importancia del servicio<o:p /></span></p>
<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; line-height: normal;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: black; font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11.5pt;">de formación universitaria, entendido como un servicio critico y particular, se planteó valorar el<o:p /></span></p>
<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; line-height: normal;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: black; font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11.5pt;">grado de satisfacción de los alumnos en las actividades curriculares extramurales que se realizan durante el cursado de las asignaturas de Odontología Preventiva y Comunitaria, a efectos de identificar debilidades y fortalezas en la propuesta académica, permitiendo la mejora en la calidad del proceso enseñanza ? aprendizaje, valorado a través de la percepción de los estudiantes. Esto conlleva la posibilidad de ampliar el conocimiento acerca de los procesos generales de formación docente- alumno para dicha actividad comunitaria.<o:p /></span></p>
<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; line-height: normal;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: black; font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11.5pt;">En consecuencia, el impacto se refleja en el usuario ?alumno?, principal beneficiario del<o:p /></span></p>
<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; line-height: normal;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: black; font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 11.5pt;">sistema. Finalmente creemos que con este tipo de investigaciones se está dando un paso más en el programa de mejora continua de la calidad educativa.<o:p /></span></p> |
