description In this paper, we propose to analyze the particular look across which the diplomatic servants Argentinians in Spain observed the changeable political process from the proclamation of the Republic II Spanish in 1931 up to the Civil war in 1936.We will support as principal hypothesis that the perceptions that the ministerial agents were constructing of the political peninsular reality these years, they constituted one of the principal parameters from which the Argentine State observed the events that were developing in Spain, and mostly, they helped to the deployment of policies tending to restrict the revenue of Spanish immigrants to the country from the beginning itself of the civil contest. Dispositions that in turn, were taken to the practice by consular civil servants by these social representations constructed in the same ministerial area.
