La autora aborda las principales características de la “Convención sobre los Derechos del Niño”, en particular las consecuencias jurídicas que se derivan del principio del interés superior del menor, analiza el valor otorgado por la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación a la declaración interpretativa contenida en el acto de ratificación y señala los elementos a tener en cuenta en la interpretación de un tratado a la luz de los trabajos de la Comisión de Derecho Internacional sobre el tema “Reservas a los tratados” y de la jurisprudencia de tribunales regionales de derechos humanos.
