Especially, we will attempt a tour for three studies of case from the province of Buenos Aires (Chascomús, Coronel Pringles and Pergamino), in order to examine, fundamentally with journalistic and legislative sources, the existing relation between the commissioners' replacement and the fluency and the conflict of the structure aligned after the candidacy first and then the presidency of Juan D. Perón.  En el presente trabajo analizaremos cómo entre 1945 y 1948 la designación y el recambio permanente de comisionados municipales pueden ser interpretados como un recurso que permitió al peronismo influenciar en las decisiones colectivas y como una evidencia de su falta de legitimidad para garantizar la unificación del fragmentado partido oficialista en ámbitos locales. En particular, realizaremos un recorrido por tres estudios de caso de la provincia de Buenos Aires (Chascomús, Coronel Pringles y Pergamino), a efectos de examinar, fundamentalmente con fuentes periodísticas y legislativas, la relación existente entre el reemplazo de comisionados y la fluidez y la conflictividad de la estructura encolumnada tras la candidatura primero y luego la presidencia de Juan D.
