This specific philosophical dialogue carried out by authors from the region, one from Tucuman and the other from Santiago, was maintained for a sustained period of time thanks to the operation of the network, as a result of the regular holding of an academic event that brings together its members: the Jornadas de Philosophy of the NOA. In this case, we analyze the philosophical dialogue maintained by Antonio Kinen and Gaspar Risco Fernández, at the end of the 20th century, around cultural identity with a perspective located at a regional level and with a national projection. El artículo propone una reconstrucción argumentativa de un debate mantenido en la etapa fundacional de la red de Filosofía del NOA. Este diálogo filosófico concreto llevado a cabo por autores de la región, uno tucumano y otro santiagueño, se mantuvo durante un tiempo sostenido gracias al funcionamiento de la red, producto de la realización periódica de un evento académico que nuclea a sus miembros: las Jornadas de Filosofía del NOA. En este caso, analizamos el diálogo filosófico mantenido por Antonio Kinen y Gaspar Risco Fernández, a finales de siglo XX en torno a la identidad cultural con perspectiva situada en un nivel regional y con proyección nacional. Este artigo propõe uma reconstrução argumentativa de um debate realizado durante a fase fundacional da rede NOA Philosophy. Este diálogo filosófico específico realizado por autores da região, um de Tucumán e outro de Santiago de Compostela, foi mantido por um período de tempo sustentado graças ao funcionamento da rede, produto da realização regular de um evento acadêmico que reúne seus membros: a Conferência de Filosofia da NOA. Neste caso, analisamos o diálogo filosófico mantido por Antonio Kinen e Gaspar Risco Fernández no final do século 20 em torno da identidade cultural com uma perspectiva regional e projeção nacional.
