In this particular context of a health emergency, it is possible to make visible the deepening and reinforcement of inequalities in the most impoverished sectors of our society. The gap between access and exclusion is widening. From the team of the Cooperation Directorate (DCO), which depends on the Secretariat for Cooperation and Public Service (SCySP) of the National University of Lanús (UNLa), we challenge the ways of going through this pandemic situation and collectively ask ourselves about the new approaches of intervention and work afterwards. If we understand cooperation as an exchange among individuals, how can we work when physical contact is not at play provided that this was the basis and main way of working before the pandemic? Desde hace un año la pandemia del COVID-19 ha modificado de forma abrupta nuestras maneras de hacer en lo cotidiano, ello ha exigido a las personas e instituciones una modificación en los modos de trabajo y de relacionarse. Leemos numerosos artículos de distintos organismos internacionales (Organización Mundial de la Salud, Organización de las Naciones Unidas, Organización Panamericana de Salud) entre otros  que expresan su preocupación por los efectos que la pandemia del COVID-19 tiene sobre las personas y la comunidad, y han instado a los Estados a adoptar medidas para proteger la vida, el derecho a la salud y la integridad personal de acuerdo con los estándares de derechos humanos, intentando de este modo prevenir los contagios de COVID-19. En este contexto tan particular de emergencia sanitaria, se pude visibilizar la profundización y reproducción de las desigualdades en los sectores más empobrecidos de nuestra sociedad. La brecha entre el acceso y la exclusión se acentúa. Desde el equipo de la Dirección de Cooperación (DCO), que depende de la Secretaría de Cooperación y Servicio Público (SCySP) de la Universidad Nacional de Lanús (UNLa), nos interpelamos acerca de cómo transitar esta situación de pandemia y preguntarnos colectivamente acerca de los nuevos modos de intervención y trabajo luego de ella. Si entendemos a la cooperación como un ida y vuelta, ¿Cómo podemos trabajar cuando no media el brazo, la mirada, el contacto con el otro? Base de nuestra tarea y formas de trabajar hasta antes de la pandemia.
