For such purposes, a review of its background, foundations, and requirements will be carried out in the light of national and foreign doctrine and jurisprudence. Finally, the recognition rules incorporated in the Civil and Commercial Code of the Argentine Republic will be analyzed, regarding the filiation, adoption and protection institutes of children and adolescents. El presente trabajo abordará el método de reconocimiento, aplicado en particular en las situaciones familiares internacionales, en pos de su eficacia transnacional, como mecanismo superador, bajo ciertas condiciones, de los clásicos métodos del Derecho Internacional Privado. A tales fines, se realizará una revisión de sus antecedentes, fundamentos, y requisitos a la luz de la doctrina y la jurisprudencia nacionales y extranjeras. Finalmente, serán analizadas las normas de reconocimiento incorporadas en el Código Civil y Comercial de la República Argentina, en materia de filiación, adopción e institutos de protección de niños, niñas y adolescentes.
