The results indicate that time allocations between men and women differ and reinforce the inequities in other economic and sociodemographic attributes, manifesting themselves in time poverty. Time poverty is greater for women and for those who have greater care responsibilities, mainly children and older adults. El objetivo de este trabajo es medir la pobreza de tiempo en Argentina y estimar sus determinantes a partir de la Encuesta sobre el trabajo no remunerado y el uso del tiempo, implementada por el Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas y Censos en 2013, única de cobertura nacional. Los resultados indican que las asignaciones de tiempo entre varones y mujeres difieren y refuerzan las inequidades en otros atributos económicos y sociodemográficos, manifestándose en pobreza de tiempo. La pobreza de tiempo resulta mayor para las mujeres y para quienes tienen mayores responsabilidades de cuidado, principalmente de niños y adultos mayores. Facultad de Ciencias Económicas.
