The analysis of these processes will reveal a very common practice on the part of some owners trying to foist on workers who claim their labor rights to be branded subversive and communist political agitator. At the same time, is also under study within these processes, the discourse and practices of the police and military forces when triggered in relation to labor issues. Este artículo comprende el estudio de tres procesos laborales en los que los demandantes, trabajadores rurales de Pernambuco, interpelan a sus patrones en la Junta de Conciliación y Juicio, durante el período del régimen militar instalado en 1964. El análisis de estos procesos revelará una práctica muy común, por parte de algunos propietarios, de intentar endilgar a los trabajadores que reclaman sus derechos laborales, la marca de subversivos, agitadores políticos y comunistas. Asimismo, se estudian en esos procesos el discurso y las prácticas de las fuerzas policíacas y militares cuando se las ponía en movimiento con respecto a cuestiones laborales.
