The experience was developed in 150 hours in the distance modality. Thirty four teachers interested in the subject of spirituality and integral knowledge applied to education and from different regions of Brazil participated. The methodology implemented was the “horizontality of roles” understood as an educational space where “everyone can teach, and everyone can learn.” The action had the special participation of two foreign teachers who conducted issues relating to the role of interiority in the formation and development of integral knowledge through art. En este artículo presenta una experiencia vivenciada a partir de una acción de extensión realizada en la plataforma Moodle de la Universidad Federal de Rio Grande do Sul, titulada Red de Docentes: espiritualidad y rescate del conocimiento integral. La acción fue desarrollada en 150 horas con modalidad a distancia. Participaron 34 profesores de diferentes regiones de Brasil interesados en el tema de la espiritualidad y los saberes integrales aplicados a la educación. La metodología implementada fue el uso de la “horizontalidad de los papeles” entendido esto como un espacio educativo donde todo el mundo puede enseñar y aprender. La acción contó con la participación especial de dos profesores extranjeros que condujeron los temas referidos a la función de interioridad en la formación y el desarrollo de saberes integrales a través del arte. Este artigo traz uma experiência vivenciada a partir de uma ação de extensão realizada na plataforma Moodle da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, intitulada Rede de professores: Espiritualidade e resgate de saberes integrais. A ação foi desenvolvida em 150 horas na modalidade à distância. Participaram 34 professores de diversas regiões do Brasil interessados na temática da espiritualidade e dos saberes integrais aplicados à educação. A metodologia implementada foi a “horizontalidade de papéis” entendida como um espaço educativo onde “todos podem ensinar e todos podem aprender”. A ação contou com a participação especial de dois professores estrangeiros que conduziram os temas da função da interioridade na formação integral e o desenvolvimento de saberes integrais através da arte.
