Taking into account the sanction of law 26860, that enables the controversial mechanism commonly called “money laundering”, we formulated a crucial question: What good is a “whitening “if not close the channels of fled of currency? This is a fundamental issue in the social organization of a country, particularly to encourage productive capitalism. El fenómeno de la actividad financiera globalizada y especialmente cuando la misma proviene de entidades financieras off shore, es un fenómeno que afecta a todos los países y que –particularmente en Argentina– ha tenido efectos catastróficos, no sólo en el ámbito económico, que aquí nos interesa destacar, sino también fiscal. Teniendo en cuenta la sanción de la ley 26860, que permite el polémico mecanismo del comúnmente denominado “lavado de dinero”, nos formulamos un interrogante crucial: ¿Para qué sirve un “blanqueo” si no se cierran los canales de huída de divisas? Volviendo así sobre un tema que es fundamental en la organización social de un país, particularmente para fomentar un capitalismo productivo.
