La "Revista Forense" del Brasil, que dirige BILAC PINTO, en su número de noviembre publica el decreto-ley n°. 5.452, de 1ª de mayo de 1943 aparecido recién en el Diario Oficial el 9 de agosto de 1943 por el cual el Presidente en uso de las atribuciones que le confiere el art. 180 de la Constitución aprueba la ''Consolidación de las leyes del Trabajo" vigentes y las modificaciones introducidas por: dicho decreto: La publicación está precedida de la ''Exposición de Motivos'' suscrita por Alexandre Marcondes Filho de ochenta y cuatro parágrafos y el articulado total de la Consolidación es de 921.
