A dramatization of the July 1892 sinking of the Argentine warship "La Rosales" in a storm 200 miles off the coast of Uruguay. Only the 19 officials who are on the lifeboat of the commander survive. A testimony from a survivor leads to an investigation and cover-up by the military.
