Sumario:A study of resonant photon creation in a three-dimensional oscillating cavity was performed. The perfectly conducting, rectangular, cavity had only one oscillating wall. The system was resonant for some particular values of frequency of the oscillations. It was shown that the total number of photons inside the cavity grew exponentially in time and multiple scale analysis was used to solve the field equation. It was shown that the rate of photon creation strongly depended on the coupling of electromagnetic fields.
