Ecdysone metabolism in Triatoma infestans (Hemiptera, reduviidae) in vivo
When radiolabelled ecdysone was injected into Triatoma infestans it was converted to 20-hydroxyecdysone and to four other fractions (I, II, IV and VI) separated by thin layer chromatography.
