Sumario:We still have a lot to consolidate and interrelate the maps of our territories in the “extra-ground” space where transit thousands of satellites; the space along which the communication signals circulate; the mental space that ideological products of cultural industries pass through. Latin America is not new nor is harmless to the means —and modes— of production of transnational monopolies of communication and information. A complex package, with very mixed results, has a pending agenda in the tasks of integration of our peoples and requires a very strong political program to bring about a revolution to ensure, finally, the historical demand of the Report McBride: A new order global information and communication.
