Sumario:The public health emergency context caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the Preventive and Mandatory Social Isolation established by Argentinian Government since March 20, has forced both private and public sector to rethink strategies related to communication and remote working, in order to sustain required activities. Regardless of the past situation, all organizations are going through a reformulation and adaptation complex process of labour conditions. Due to his new reality, a field investigation took place with the purpose to understand the scope and limitations of remote working implementation. Survey’s results allow us to affirm that remote working is an advantageous solution, but with some unsolved aspects, such as technology availability, adequate space at home and ergonomic conditions to hold a workday, whose length is also a central point to be reviewed. In addition, organizational culture and leadership are essential features to succeed during its implementation.
