Sumario:This article analyzes the experience of a university extension project developed between Siglo 21 University and the Experimental Center for Economic Housing (CEVE-CONICET) within the framework of the subject Seminar on Marketing Practice. The initiative, implemented between 2021 and 2024 under the Transversal Academic Project (PAT) modality, aimed to bring students closer to innovative construction technologies, exploring their potential for insertion into the market and their contribution to sustainable construction The methodology combined applied research, fieldwork, and interdisciplinary analysis, integrating marketing input with scientific and technological knowledge. The results show that the experience strengthened professional skills in the students, while enriching the research work of CEVE through new perspectives on the social acceptance of sustainable materials.
