Sumario:The Private Natural Reserve Paraje Tres Cerros is an atypical location in the Argentine littoral, characterized by its relief of hills and mounds. In the North-Eastern region of Argentina (NEA), most studies on fungal diversity have focused on the Mixed Forests of Misiones, while the province of Corrientes remains poorly studied. Therefore, the objective of this work is to document the fungi of the Paraje Tres Cerros Natural Reserve in Corrientes province. A list of 34 species of macrofungi is provided: two from the phylum Ascomycota, distributed in two families, and 32 from the phylum Basidiomycota, distributed in 17 families. Taxonomic descriptions of species that represent new records for the NEA region are included: Leucoagaricus lilaceus, Macrolepiota kerandi, Laccaria fraterna, Ceriporia spissa, Bovista delicata, Pisolithus tinctorius, Scleroderma areolatum, and Psilocybe coprophila.
