Sumario:Urban waste poses a double threat as a source of disease andpollution, but, paradoxically, holds potential as a source of resources that can bevalorized. This dichotomy presents an opportunity for innovative approaches to sustainable waste management, not only as a means of environment healing, but also as a platform for education and productivity. Embracing this challenge, the Facultad de Ciencias Exactas y Naturales y Agrimensura UNNE (FaCENA)has embarked on a series of extension projects under the banner of "TowardsZero Waste." This line of progressive initiatives focuses on the transformationof waste into a catalyst to promote growth and learning actions.
