| Sumario: | The present work aims to show how, based on some cases that occurred in everyday life, the validity and scope of the RENABAP accreditation certificate or title granted by ANSES to people who were registered, possessing and liable to acquire the ownership of the same by means of the regularization of the real estate that they are owning with the intention of being owners, all this thanks to the law 27.453 of the Regime of Domain Regularization for the Socio Urban Integration. From there, some legal conflicts were presented, and for this reason, this work in question tries to propose which could be the solution for them, and the approaches that this reality raises, since it seems important to us to unravel the legal nature , in order to determine the importance of this certificate, and hence its practical importance and legal scope.
