Sumario:The purpose of this article is to analyze those categories on which minors’ justice has been built in our country. Considering the time at which different normatives were approved, a sequence of stages can be distinguished in the structure of this justice. We have arranged this course as from identifying the assigned senses to the opposition to guardianship/responsibility at different time, in order to investigate the main hegemonic perspectives in the “minors” classification. We are interested in analyzing these categories since they have contributed in shaping specific “social attitudes” such as that of the minors’ judge, and legitimate their attributes and prerogatives.
