Sumario:This article is the result of a research carried out at Toyota Argentina, which develops management organization forms of workforce according to the Japanese model. In this sense, and following the outlines of this model, the enterprise hires preferably young men, who have finished high school. Taking this into consideration we wonder how specific individual trajectories and certain values that distinguish the toyotist model are related to identity constructions of the young workers in this particular experience. In order to accomplish this research we have make use of a qualitative approach, applying particularly interviews and Life histories.
