Sumario:Abstract: The author begins his introduction by presenting migration as a global phenomenon that directly impacts on national legal systems. What follows is a brief analysis of the Inter-American system for the protection of Human Rights, in which he focus on the guarantee of access to justice. On the same approach, the author proceeds to describe the protection of refugees based on Argentine law, with particular reference to the National Commission for Refugees (CO.NA.RE) and the Refugee Commission of the National Public Defender's Office.
