| Sumario: | In this paper I analyze an ambulatory treatment for drugs users that I consider is a sort of “rite de passage” from the disease to the health condition. I intend to make explicit the notion of “persons” that stands behind institutional practices, in order to understand how actors "make sense" of the treatment. At the same time, I shall present some questions about the objetives of health programs, focusing mainly on the displacement, tensions and conflicts observed between certain ideals and its implementation. |
