| Sumario: | The objective of this paper is to analyze the different stages through which a university extension program has passed from 1997 to the present, taking as a central axis the methodologies developed both with the community and within the university. For this purpose, a review is made of the areas of implementation, the actors involved, the ways of working, the main topics and the written production in each period. The methodological strategy used is qualitative, with data collected from interviews, participant observations, registration documents, project reports, publications, and photographic archiv. Through this analysis we seek to reflect on extension training under the critical approach as well as on some issues that still challenge the action around “food”, “environment” and “agroecology”. |
