Sumario:Hip Hop culture began to manifest itself in Santa Fe many years ago, gradually finding its place and laying its foundations. In this article we address rap as a musical genre in the city of Santa Fe and the development of Hip Hop culture in recent years, crossed by a context of pandemic (2017–2022). The paper proposes to analyze issues related to the history of the genre. In addition, to understand the dynamics of interaction between the activists of the movement, through the values of Hip Hop culture. On the other hand, we will study the construction of a Santa Fe sound through a specific album: Pure State by the rappers Lond and Ans, produced by MaxiLoPro. The information obtained will be useful to review, develop and support the theory of the consolidation and importance of the genre in the city, it will be possible to know and, in fact, understand the sound of Santa Fe and its construction, as well as to interpret the reception of the material. It is expected to make known the reality of the phenomenon to a greater extent, contributing to the definition of Hip Hop in the city.
