Sumario:In this paper, I will focus on the conception of happiness developed by John Rawls in A Theory of Justice. I have two goals. First, I will try to show that the conception of happiness formulated by Rawls can be detached from its original purpose and be read autonomously in dialogue with some other accounts of happiness. Second, I will try to show the problems that can be found in this objectivist conception of happiness.
