Sumario:This article develops advances of a mastery`s thesis in process. In this particular case, senses about school in directors of secondary school voices and their relation with education and work. Interviews semi structured were made to directors of three secondary school of Neuquen Province. The information were analyzed from a qualitative approach, where we register in the voices of the interviewed ones, the construction of an educational imagined community that present certain bows and delimiting in the configuration of 'we' of some 'other one'. Therefore, in the frame of our investigation we have identified three diverse manners of educational imagined community.
