Sumario: | This article aims to describe rise process of the Frente Para la Victoria San Juan (FPVSJ), a coalition that won seven elections between 2003 y 2013 in this Argentinian province. The research focusses on political interaction between actors which play at different levels. The FPVSJ is conceived here as a multilevel political coalition. This article analyzes two faces of the emergency process of FPVSJ: a) the San Juan political scenario and b) the national and subnational political levels convergence. The main research finding is that FPVSJ rises because the converging action of two different groups: on one side, the political cast of FPV Santa Cruz, on the other, José Luis Gioja's Peronist crew. |
