Para ello, analizamos los comunicados difundidos por el sitio web institucional “Neuquén Informa”, entre 2013 y 2015, con una metodología que combina el análisis crítico del discurso y la codificación cualitativa. En un contexto signado por la expansión de la frontera de extracción de hidrocarburos, en particular con la explotación de yacimientos no convencionales, y por la profundización de la práctica política mapuce ligada a las reivindicaciones territoriales, identificamos tres dimensiones centrales a estudiar. En la primera, indagamos la estrategia de acumulación neuquina centrada en los hidrocarburos y su vinculación con el discurso oficial. En la segunda, abordamos las relaciones interculturales por las cuales el Estado despliega estrategias discursivas para la construcción de un/x otrx mapuce específico. Por último, en la tercera, estudiamos las valoraciones y representaciones que el Estado elabora sobre las formas de reclamo. El análisis cruzado de dichas dimensiones nos permite reconocer la importancia de las prácticas comunicacionales en el proceso de construcción de un determinado discurso funcional, velado por una supuesta posición de neutralidad. ABSTRACTIn this article we study the ways in which hegemony is constructed in the official press, within the context of the territorial conflict between the State of Neuquén and the Campo Maripe community. To this end, we analyzed the communications produced by the institutional website "Neuquén Informa", between 2013 and 2015, with a methodology that combines critical discourse analysis and qualitative coding. In a context marked by the expansion of the hydrocarbon extraction frontier, particularly with the exploitation of unconventional deposits, and the increasing Mapuce political practice linked to territorial claims, we identified three central dimensions to study. In the first one, we investigated the Neuquén accumulation strategy, which is focused on hydrocarbons, and its link with official discourse. In the second, we approximate to the intercultural relations by which the State deploys discursive strategies for the construction of a specific other/mapuce. Finally, in the third one, we study the appraisals and representations that the State elaborates on the forms of claim. The cross-analysis of these dimensions allows us to recognize the importance of communicational practices in the process of constructing a specific functional discourse, veiled by a supposed neutral position..Keywords: State, accumulation mode, hegemony, territorial conflicts, interculturality
