| Sumario: | The psycho-pedagogical diagnosis is an evaluative tool that bases much of its knowledge on the standardization that statistical validation can provide, leaving aside the interpretive capacity that professionals can have in a situation of mediated evaluation, linking the learner with the professional, where the barriers of access to formal learning are minimized and facilitating a socio-emotional relationship that coexists with genuine learning. Mediation as an evaluative tool allows to open a space that breaks with the static that exists in the traditional psycho-pedagogical evaluations. The objective of this article is to present the mediated evaluation as a valid strategy in the professional practice, considering the link as an element that facilitates the subsequent accompaniment in the learning situation required by the student. This work arises as a reflection after the systematic application of the IEVA-M Mediated Psychopedagogical Evaluation Battery (2014-2017) in the context of young people who are out of school and with a large school backlog. |
