Sumario:The idea of Capa - Small Farmer Support Center – is considered to be a Lutheran sign of getting involved by the land issue: the voice and presence of the IECLB – Evangelical Church of Lutheran Confession of Brazil – in the Brazilian agricultural reality, marked by so much injustice concerning the land issue. The idea reaches its identity with the formulation of the identity of The Lutheran Church of Brazil and, in a liberation process, it commends, along with the small farmers, the building of a “new landscape” in the rural areas.
