Sumario:In 1986 took place the XVI Congress of the Communist Party of Argentina where there were deep criticisms about the organizational political line held by the same organization. The unruly militant sector managed to integrate and take control of the Central Committee with strong support from the Communist Youth. During that period of internal commotion, deep ideological and strategic changes were delineated, and they were closely related to the political thesis of the "turn". This process contributed to explain a large number of later ruptures and dissidences which had different regional characteristics. We focus on "the Rosario Regional" and analyze the federalization of the debates about the post-dictatorship political line of the Communist Party, beyond what is said and written in official documents of the organization, investigating about the construction of the militant thoughts.
