This history deserves special attention because it would have strengthened between 1905 and 1916 specializing in studies on viticulture, and the possession of this knowledge would have catapulted him as a member of the technical team that supported the economic and agricultural policy cycle radical-lencinista Mendoza (1918-1928), led by José Néstor Lencinas. |
