Sumario:The purpose of this paper is to analyse the postulates of the Social Doctrine of the Church and the Economy of Communion in the construction of “dignified work” and “dignified life” in the current neoliberal context. For this purpose, a theoretical analysis is proposed which critically links documents, testimonies and theoretical contributions in order to generate questions on the subject in question. The methodology of analysis is based on the use of ethnographic tools such as participant observation and open interviews with ontological leaders.
