Sumario:In the regional scene of beginning of 21st century, emerge govemments that establish process of breaks with of the policies implemented during the hegemony of the Consensus of Washington. The analysis of this reality realized for specialized literature describe the current period as “pos-neoliberal” and, in the respect, to the public policies implemented like “pos-neoliberal”. In this context of debate, the objetive of the present work is to investigate if is it possible to speak about a “posneoliberal” assistance policy. To answer this question, we´ll analyze the characteristics of the Monetary Condicional Transfers (MCT).
