The results show that, beyond the particularities and challenges that being an entrepreneur assumes, managing uncertainty became a complex point. The greatest obstacles that occurred in the context of the pandemic meant that young people had to adapt and/or recreate their entrepreneurial activities in unprecedented ways. In this scenario, the impact is observed not only of digitalization but also of the state policies implemented in the workplace against COVID-19, which served to promote youth microenterprises. El artículo se propone analizar los diversos sentidos, facilitadores y dificultades que afrontaron los y las jóvenes en la creación y desarrollo de microemprendimientos en un contexto de pandemia por COVID-19. Los resultados muestran que, más allá de las particularidades y desafíos que asume el ser emprendedor/a, gestionar la incertidumbre se tornó un punto complejo. Los mayores obstáculos que se produjeron en el contexto de pandemia conllevaron a que los y las jóvenes debieran adaptar y/o recrear de formas inéditas sus actividades emprendedoras. En este escenario, se observa la incidencia no solo de la digitalización sino también de las políticas estatales implementadas en el ámbito laboral frente a la COVID-19, que sirvieron para la promoción de los microemprendimientos juveniles.
