Considering this reality, the following question arises: Does the implementation of the university deconcentration program to achieve professional training affect the local development of the Amazon region north of La Paz? In response, it proposes guiding guidelines that allow strengthening the articulation of the training process in coherence with development trends focused on human development, science and technology, also contribute to an institutional reflection of those who offer training and those who plan the use of the resources available in that region. El presente artículo tiene como objetivo analizar la incidencia académica, tomando como referencia la situación del desarrollo local en la región amazónica del norte de La Paz-Bolivia, y la vinculación con la sociedad académica universitaria en el marco de la formación del potencial de jóvenes y su relación con la diversidad de recursos naturales, orientados al fortalecimiento de capacidades profesionales, como un mecanismo para la pertinencia de planificación del desarrollo socioeconómico local, donde la población juvenil encuentre una perspectiva de visión del desarrollo para no tener que migrar a otros departamentos en desmedro de alejarse de sus orígenes geográficos. Considerando dicha realidad, se plantea el siguiente interrogante: ¿La implementación del programa de desconcentración universitaria al logro de formación profesional, incide en el desarrollo local de la región amazónica del norte de La Paz? En respuesta, propone lineamientos orientadores que permitan fortalecer la articulación del proceso de formación en coherencia a tendencias del desarrollo centradas al desarrollo humano, la ciencia y tecnología, asimiso contribuya a una reflexión institucional de quienes ofrecen la formación y los que planifican el uso de los recursos disponibles en dicha región.
