Sumario:The present article aims to analyze the academic incidence, taking as a reference the situation of local development in the northern Amazon region of La Paz-Bolivia, and the link with the university academic society in the framework of the formation of the potential of young people and its relationship with the diversity of natural resources, aimed at strengthening professional capacities, as a mechanism for the relevance of local socioeconomic development planning, where the youth population finds a perspective of vision of development so as not to have to migrate to other disadvantaged departments to get away from their geographic origins. Considering this reality, the following question arises: Does the implementation of the university deconcentration program to achieve professional training affect the local development of the Amazon region north of La Paz? In response, it proposes guiding guidelines that allow strengthening the articulation of the training process in coherence with development trends focused on human development, science and technology, also contribute to an institutional reflection of those who offer training and those who plan the use of the resources available in that region.
